These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pruvvn's platform, including our AI Search Architect (SKYE™) and our integrated communication features. By creating an account or using Pruvvn, you agree to these Terms.
Pruvvn provides a platform that helps businesses collect customer feedback through a guided, tap-through experience, surface that feedback to your team, and help satisfied customers find and complete their own public review on Google and other supported platforms. Pruvvn does not submit, post, or publish reviews on a customer's behalf — every review is written, reviewed, and submitted by the customer themselves, through that platform's own interface.
You must provide accurate business information when you register for Pruvvn, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at sales@pruvvn.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Features described as "unlimited," such as review requests, are subject to reasonable fair-use limits tied to your specific plan; we'll reach out before limiting an account that we believe is outside normal use for its plan. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Pruvvn's guided-question flow helps a customer draft language describing their own experience. The customer reviews that draft, and if they choose to continue, Pruvvn takes them to the relevant review platform (such as their Google Business Profile listing) so they can submit it themselves, in their own words, through that platform's native submission process. You may not use Pruvvn to solicit reviews from customers in exchange for compensation, to selectively route negative feedback away from public review platforms while routing positive feedback toward them, or in any other way that violates the guidelines of the platform the review is submitted to.
You agree not to use Pruvvn to transmit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to misrepresent your business or its customers, to interfere with the platform's normal operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Pruvvn and its logos, software, and platform content are owned by Pruvvn or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own business data and the feedback your customers submit through the platform; you grant Pruvvn a license to use that data solely to provide and improve the service for you.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees, with notice where reasonably possible.
Pruvvn is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any specific number of customers will leave a review, that a review will be approved by a given platform, or that search rankings will improve by any particular amount — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your customers' choices and third-party platforms' own policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pruvvn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use of Pruvvn after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
